POSITION SUMMARY:?Responsible for providing primary support to the Sr. Manager, Digital Strategies and Director of Marketing for the conception and implementation of social, mobile and other digital efforts to support? events and general industry efforts. Providing input on new digital marketing strategies as well as how to improve current strategies.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
|

Assist with general digital marketing efforts including community outreach for support of events. ?
-
Assist in production of creative digital assets.
-
Monitor social networks, serve as primary voice in social spaces, and contribute to ideas to grow? fan base
-
Manage? mobile program including subscription base, analysis and content conception and delivery, plus promotions creation to grow list.

Manage and disseminate analytics for? digital programs (using Google Analytics)
-
?Digital Promotions fulfillment oversight
|
-
Write editorial content for? Web sites .
|
-
Work closely with Director of Research on social and digital consumer insights and distributing those findings appropriately.

Research new technology solutions when needed
|

Manage the department's email and mobile subscriber lists
|

Web video production, archival of video catalogue
|

General administrative duties, plus additional duties and responsibilities as assigned or as necessary

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
|
-
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communication or related field preferred
|
-
3-5 years experience in the digital marketing. Music industry or entertainment field preferred.
|

Creative Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Notepad++
|
-
Business Software: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
|
-
Analytics Software: Experience using Google Analytics or WebTrends is a plus
|
-
Other Software: experience with online software such as MyEmma.com, back end admin tools for mobile apps, and Formstack.com is a plus
|
-
Active participant in social networks like Facebook (more than 300 friends) and Twitter (more than 200 followers) preferred
-
Direct experience with managing a Facebook Fan Page or Twitter Business Profile preferred.

Working knowledge of video editing process and software (FinalCut Pro or similar)
