Society of American Military Engineers ? Recent News ...

EnTech?s President, David Skaggs was honored to present ?Not Your Uncle?s Remote Sensing Technology? at the Fort Leonard Wood Post Monthly Membership meeting on August 15. The Society of American Military Engineers (SAME), the premier professional military engineering association in the United States, unites architecture, engineering, construction (A/E/C), facility management and environmental entities and individuals in the public and private sectors to prepare for?and overcome?natural and manmade disasters, and to improve security at home and abroad.

David Skaggs?and Gary Weil, Chief Technology Officer, enjoyed discussing how EnTech?s stacked proprietary technology, EnSITE, ?can aid in military applications, including water, sewer, energy, pavement, buildings, airports, bridges, tunnels, gravesites and landmine investigations.??Also discussed was hazardous material leak detection & mapping, pipeline mapping & leak detection along with a proven repair certification process.

EnSITE I-VII includes various NDT technologies like, infrared imaging, ground penetrating microwaves, Lidar, and?magnetic flux. EnTech can utilize?these tools on?ground or some from the air, allowing for efficient and accurate?data collection. ?Our customized software then allows EnTech?s engineering staff to analyze the data and present the findings through tailored reports for our clients.
