Human Resources Manager
reporting to the VP of Finance is the manager of Human Resources (HR) is responsible for implementing HR policies and programs and managing all aspects of employee relations and development. Our HR manager will be the owner of all personnel and recruiting, organizational development, performance management, training, compensation and benefits administration and employee counseling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and proactive.
tasks:
? Development of an innovative and unique corporate culture, quality, continuous improvement, teamwork and high performance emphasized.
? Implement HR strategies and programs, such as business requires.
? Creating organizational development and employee training.
? Conduct performance reviews with department heads and monitor employee productivity, and performance settings to achieve.
? To recruit and keep quality employees for each department, conduct interviews
.? Employee counseling for personal issues & company complaints.
? Creating compensation plans and provide employee benefits administration.
? Maintain excellent facilities conducive to the improvement of employee productivity.
? Enter company-wide communication.
Job Requirements:
? College diploma.
? At least 3 + years experience in HR management position.
? Exceptional interpersonal skills, including:. Listening, coaching & training
? Strong leadership, project management and time management.
? The capacity to create strong relationships and work to develop high-level executives.
? Excellent written, verbal and nonverbal communication.
? Able to develop new HR policies and programs based on business requirements.
? Solid business acumen, management reporting and problem solving skills.
? Demonstrated proficiency with applications such as Word, Excel, Google Docs & PowerPoint.
