2. This is a 10% buyer?s fee auction. The successful high bid plus an 10% buyer?s fee shall equal the purchase price. $2,500 will be required as earnest money upon acceptance of the Sales Contract. 3. Qualification for financing must be approved prior to approval for bidding and prior to the sale.
